As the Conclave will be a world-wide voting for the Supreme Pontiff, we will be using GMT, which means Greenwich Mean Time to announce all scheduled times for the DueDate&Time of each ballot.  This page tells you which time zone you are in, and the table lets you convert from your time to GMT.

    There are 2 tables,

    1. standard time, and
    2. daylight saving time

You should use the correct table based on whether you are currently in Daylight savings time or Standard Time.  To convert to GMT, find your time zone in the correct table, and apply the (+) or (-) number of hours to get to GMT.   To translate from GMT back to your local time, do the mathematical opposite, ie. for (+) do a subtraction, and for (-) do an addition.

For those with Internet access, you may also visit  the website named   Burbs Time Zone Convert.  The program here will convert automatically FROM your local time to GMT or from GMT or TO your local time.

There are 25 integer World Time Zones from -12 through 0 (GMT) to +12. Each one is 15° of Longitude as measured East and West from the Prime Meridian of the World at Greenwich, England.

Each Time Zone is measured relative to Greenwich, England. There are both civilian designations which are typically three letter abbreviations (e.g. EST) for most time zones.   In addition there are military designations. These use each letter of the alphabet (except 'i') and are known by their phonetic equivalent. E.G. Greenwich Mean Time (civilian) or z = Zulu (military and aviation).
