README endnotes

We specificaly set link at the top of each document for endnotes
and they are set at the end of each IE file. There is placed another link
for top of page.  This is the bookmark hyperlink system.
We set the Catechism Council of Trent in Internet Explorer,
for the specific reasons that you can use the Forward and Back buttons
for reviewing endnotes, without loosing your place while your reading 
the document...  Thus that is the big plus.   However, you must first clik 
endnotes link at least one time at the top of the page, then the top of page
hyperlink to go back to the top of document.  Then start your reading.


To use,   clik back button then foward button both, to go both places.
Example, if you are in the middle of the document while reading, and 
you clik back button, you will get the endnotes. Then clik forward button,
and it will go back to the middle of the document where you were reading.
