Our service policy and warranty are for those who acquire to our installation services, warranty is a full 120 days labor.

Under this differ warranty, are specific materials to types of services needed of, so also these are applied by the manufacturer themselves.

Depending upon materials themselves used and the seller of them.

Those warranty’s may vary somewhat, and are not to our discretion to disclose them here.

Our service waranty requests 60% draw of payment for services needed,  labors are commenced in full upon these draws for services needed Hybrid installation are on our residential only.

We request 60% draw initial to commence full services at start 1^st day.

After which we may request other draws, depending on the size of the project thereafter. Much of this is in the form on commercial not so much residential.

(120 days to the consumer is our works of labor, same our merits of our policy)

Full payment is required in full as work is completed of,   the consumer in full appreciation is

then honored with 1st Star nobility from the company. 

Upon the services rendered,  also noted & recorded in the billing policy of the company the nobility.  

This provides consumers with no wait period on any future work & services to commence on their next services.

This applies for a period of three years from date of that the first service work ended in their billing account.

A one time 10% discount is also awarded 1^st star on second commence of labor service work within this period upon a new service ticket.

If for any reason other than poor service labor,  payment for services is not received by us for said work of verbal contract agreement done in full by the company,

Our 120 day warranty is then void, and In 90 days time,  consumer receives NON referral by the company, which means,  trueCarpentry does not perform any more work for this consumer unless full payment is received. We are not a candy store.

120 days satisfaction is only giving on labor of the warranty & only upon call back.   This only applies to labor only, and not a materialistic problem as of today, many corrupt corporations produce bad problems in poorly built designed materials. Then these bad corrupt people, tie themselves up in a non justice judicial system against the true taxpayer in a court of law.

We here at trueCarpentry, do not honor their works of their merit.

Material problems of the warranty are separate by the corporations themselves, only that of them that actually produced them.

We only warranty what they do, for us, to our material work.

The corp is responsible for all material problems, including the labor if necessary. 

If their warranty is still in effect for that labor,  we will replace labor charges under the billing of their warranty period to them under their reinbursment to us.

If not,  we will bill the consumer for that very labor charge itself for the material problem.   Under the 120 days, of our labor is the warranty for those type labor problems of ours only.   Not material related. This means, if the job has neglect of the proper labor order of install, and it damaged something because of this improper order install, and it did so occur,  it is replaced free of charge by, thermodyanmic.us. -  truecarpentry.org

Any Non referrals is so subject to wait six full years before removals of any Non Referral applied by the company of neglected payment.  Or a 1^st star be awarded ever again.   Even upon new work needed of.

Sorry, no exceptions.    We do also charge 4% monthly interest service late charge on the amount late owed ,  after first 30 days of non payments.

This is set low fee.   After two years, it changes to 6% total plus.  After the third year,  we claim legal status rights with a lawyer against full amount owed to us by the

Consumer for said services rendered.  Consumer will then be responsible for the explain of non payment all late charges and damages also, and shall pay them promptly in full, by court order, or suffer full penalty of the court hearing and the said damages received of the said non payed charges for that court hearing and also for all lawyers fees.

All this may be voided for senior citizens only, legal stat last paragraph, above 55 years or older, a truecatholic charity of 1st commandment law inside true morals of the true catholic church.  Always exercised by us here at truecarpentry.

If for any reason,  the said claimant cannot pay their bill due to being disadvantaged, and being without currency or in a way to obtain any of those currency’s owed after 6+ years time, of to not pay of their bill in full to truecarpentry.org, thermodynamic.us, after that court has convened and the requsite of them to do so ordered to pay.   We shall remove the charges in the billing period to that type consumer, in respect of true Church Law.   Upon the start of the seventh year. (7th year)    This is only for Disadvantaged type consumers,  meaning,  jobless, homeless, empty home occupant or very jobless type people.   

Unfortunately,  truecarpentry.org can only help the poor in this true type spirit.

One year labor warranty exist on major works of new instals, on building (hardware) such as new doors, new windows, new stove, installed etc.

(otherspecifics on our hydrogen units do so apply, see hydro warranty)

The 10% discount is only a one time follow up service call on this whole period.
